Summer Getaway ...first stop -from Manila to ilo-ilo to Guimaras

I never knew the beauty of this paradise till i search for something different to travel  for this coming summertime. Good thing, me and my friend Che ,decide to travel and find this paradise............. for the first time.

we headed for a flight 45 mins. from Manila -ETD is 5:10..--this will the start of my 4 days of absent for my 4 day trip anywhere...... wherever my feet brought me

Since we arrived 6:15 evening, we decided to take a rest to Che's hometown..From Ilo-Ilo Airport -To Tagbak Terminal 1Hour bus to get to Anilao, Ilo-Ilo........ the next day we decide to take a walk........and here, i saw different things i've never seen in my place.. this will start of a long long walk...(the picture above are Mango Trees.... i like how they plant trees here,, they are small and you can pick fruits even though you will not climb) Mango trees are flooding everywhere.....

Literally it was a lonnnnnggg walk. we cross 4 mountains... to get to the other side of the town..a walk that will last 2hrs. Along the way,, ,,,,,WHAt's this?????..................>>> a refrigerator along the road....(++)atleast it was an attraction

After 2 hrs...were now outside the town of Vista Alegre...we try to see what else we can see here ...then we try now to ride a jeep for 8 mins.,, 

 

>>>this is now villa francisca,grayish sand is all i can describe,,,,,,great for beach walking... but i suggest not that really good for swimming.... this is far from what i really like to see here in iloilo,,,,,,,,>>THE WhiTe and Clear Beaches.... i really like to see in Guimaras... but i know the wait is worth it.......

After hours of ToWN tripping... we head our way to search for the Paradise.......hehe... (i just like to say it Like that))

1. FRom Anilao, Ilo-Ilo ,we  ride a bus for 1hr to get to Tagbak Terminal cost of Php 35.00....riding bus here is so refreshing....... no need for aircon,, just the wind and looking outside the window of the bus is what i'm not tired of doing...... super fast BUS here is common, but don't worry...... Ha'ha, since we got to the terminal ....

2. From tagbak terminal ride a jeep for 10 mins to get to jaro plaza Php 10.oo .... then another jeep to get you to ORTIZ port Php10.oo

3. We're very lucky to ask another passenger in the jeep how to find the Ortiz Port....(now i know, people here -the Ilonggos are very much friendly plus she is really beautiful,, i forgot to got her name..to mention here in my blog).. since we need to walk again to find the fort.. we have to ride PEDiCab Php 7.00.......(manong pedicab trying to pose)

4. Rain showers are pouring so we run to the ticket booth Boat is just Php14.00... 10 minutes away..first you have to log your name...(in case we will be lost...ha! ha!)

5. When we arrive lots of people are asking for sevice tricyles, jeeps and cabs.....but first you have to log in again...the booth officer is very accomodating,,,she suggest,,,since we are 4 in the group,,,it is okay if we hire a tricycle for Php250.00,,,,,,it depends to us,,, if we have to stop ,everytime we like to take pictures,,,.......>>and guess what, it was a long ride in the tricycle,,,about 40 minutes,not included the time we spent in stop overs....

I like riding at the back,,,every tricycle are like this.. UNIQUE

6. After our ride,,,,,,here we are..............THE Wonderful place of GUIMARAS

entrance of PHp25.oo  plus lowest rate of overnight room atleast Php 800.oo....gotcha....n_n

having Fun at the beach......kids again....hahaha...can't wait to explore-------

a GREAT and NiCE place for ISLAND hopping......Php400 for the boat.. that will take us in every island,,, 1hour is not enough... we added Php150 for every succeeding time....

7. Going back... we have to contact again manong driver.. to head us back to Jordan Wharf,,, (Php 250. again), then a boat ride going back to Ilo-Ilo Ortiz port. 
8. From Ortiz Port pedicab Php10 to central market,,, we must never forget the pasalubong...and lots of native products there,,,,,,there we ride a jeep(Php10.oo)  that will bring us to SM ILO-ILO were we can find Shuttle( Php60.oo)  straight to the ILO-ILO AIRport,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,now time to go back to Manila
